Maria Sikal
Lead Pastor
From the moment we accept Jesus as our Savior and are mature enough to comprehend, our first question to the Lord should be, “Am I called to the nations or my nation”. As a first generation Canadian to immigrant Italian parents, I always knew that I was called to my nation and always sensed in God’s perfect time I would come to the East Coast. In fact, my prayer as a missional pastor was Lord send me to where a church needs the authority of your Word and where your Spirit will move to bring your love and hope to the lost. And so here we are. I am so thankful for what God is doing at Glad Tidings Worship Center and what He is doing in the hearts of the people who have found their way to our church and now call it their Church Home and House of Worship.
My questions to you today are this: Do you want to see the church come alive again for Jesus in Hants County? Do you want to attend a church where the presence of God is active and moving? Do you believe the church should be missional in community? Do you believe God wants to touch the next generation? Do you believe that the Word of God is the standard of truth and His final authority? Finally do you believe that the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, so that God may use you to serve His church and lead others to Christ? Then this is the place for you! We hope you will join us in the mission of bridging Hants County to know the love of Jesus because JESUS is the ONLY HOPE where our life and future can be found. Only Jesus can change EVERYTHING.
